CA Real Estate Practice Course Changes

If you recently completed California Real Estate Practice Course its must be submitted before the end of the year or it will not be accepted in 2024.


It's doesn't matter if you took o line course or in person or from what school you attended. This Applies to everyone. If you have not completed your 135 hours yet.


Don't wait. Finish up before you lose your certificate!!!


This message applies to students who have completed a California Real Estate Practice Course and have not submitted an application to apply for the Real Estate Exam. If you have not EARNED 135 HOURS you cannot apply for the CA Salesperson Exam. You must have completed 3 courses and 135 hours



If you have already applied to the DRE and have gotten your license or are awaiting a test date
