Online California Real Estate Practice Course with companion group Study session. This online course includes an IN-PERSON group study session that will meet weekly on Saturdays from 9am-2pm for 4 weeks. This is a 4-week Group Study meeting provides a live presentation of course material included in your online real estate practice course. It is designed to give you a thorough understanding of the course material and help you to successfully complete the course faster. To benefit from the group study, we recommend students spend at least 2-3 hours per day of home study to complete reading material to be prepared for lecture on Saturday morning. Student s will need to complete 15 Online Proctored Quizzes and Pass Final Exam with at least 60% passing score to qualify for 45 Hours Credit. Attendance of group study does not count towards earning any credit hours California Real Estate Practice covers everything on building a successful practice, from disclosure to marketing to taxation. It contains sample checklists, contracts, CAR and other sample forms, and quizzes. It has been updated to reflect changes in legislation and in-practice, including content related to unconscious bias. It also includes key terms and definitions that emphasize essential information you need to understand real estate practice in California Students are responsible for completing all required class assignments and must achieve at least a 60% passing score on final exam in order to receive a certificate of completion. We will only be discussing related topics that are covered in your textbooks.
